As Head of Sales & Marketing and SMB owner himself, Rob Cullen is a small business crusader. He’s deeply invested in guiding business owners to invest in technologies and strategies that have the ability to continuously improve ROI and business growth.
Before Local Consumer Connect, he led sales and marketing, for several early-stage dotcom startups including the award-winning BizTravel.com. In 1999 BizTravel was acquired by Rosenbluth International, the 3rd largest corporate travel company in the world generating over $3 billion in corporate travel revenue. He joined Rosenbluth Interactive, as VP of Sales & Business Development creating new revenue partnerships with Marriott Hotels, British Airways, American Airlines, and American Express. In 2003 American Express acquired Rosenbluth.
From 2005-2012, Rob was at the forefront of creating digital strategies for location-based SMB’s to acquire and retain customers, clients, and patients. As VP of Sales, Rob managed a team of 160 located in offices throughout the US for IAC‘s local properties including Citysearch, CityGrid, Insider Pages, Ask.com Local, and Urban Spoon. (acquired by Zomato in 2015)
Rob frequently speaks at industry events, including the i-World Digital Expo, Streetfight, and International Council for Small Business leading the conversation on local SEO, user review and business reputation management, and online lead generation for location-based businesses.
Jessica Andrade is a digital leader with over 12 years of experience in eCommerce, digital transformation, and performance marketing for several market-leading B2C franchised brands. Jess is considered an expert in multi-channel marketing to drive business growth, deploying innovative go-to-market strategies, interactive digital programs, and best-in-class digital infrastructures with proven success.
Jessica is also a yoga instructor leading classes over Zoom for the team every week. She resides in Hokoben, New Jersey.
Declan Carney was born and raised in Ireland and graduated from Trinity College Dublin.
Dec’s success in software sales brought him to California in 2013 working for PayPal as a National Sales Strategist. After 3.5 years he was recruited to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Relocating to New York, he joined Local Connect in June of 2020. In just 8 months, he has brought 32 new clients to the agency.
Declan lives with his fiance in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Maya Richardson has worked with SMBs before she even graduated from Arizona State in 2006.
While attending Arizona State, Maya created and managed the online presence and marketing strategy for several Arizona-based restaurants and retail stores. After graduating she started her own agency growing from 3 to 11 full-time clients. In 2009, Maya joined Synapse Software Solutions in Phoenix selling and managing point-of-sale solutions.
The extensive knowledge she acquired in point-of-sale coupled with SMB customer management was instrumental in securing a position at NCR in Atlanta. After 1 year with NCR, she was promoted to a Director of Marketing position.
Maya joined Local Consumer Connect in June of 2020 accepting the position of Director of Customer Success, overseeing the team managing the strategies for Local Connect’s growing roster of SMB clients.
Maya and her rescue dog Tucker live in Hells Kitchen in New York.
